Located at 110 Princess Street in Winnipeg, this building
was the original John Deer Plow warehouse built in Winnipeg
in 1906 and this project was a
Heritage Building
retrofit. Contract was Construction Management and project cost was $7.6
million. The project consists of 50 condominiums, a fitness centre, 3 -
main floor commercial units, 26 underground parking stalls, 45 surface parking
stalls and a tenants terrace and recreational gathering area.
